HeV quarantines released
16/04/2014
The property in the Bundaberg area where a horse was confirmed to be infected with Hendra virus in March 2014 and a neighbouring property have both been released from quarantine.
Comprehensive testing and monitoring of animals assessed to be at risk of exposure to Hendra virus on both properties have been completed.
There are currently no properties in Queensland under quarantine for Hendra virus.
